Some guy afterwards, big dude, drunk as fucking puke, shook my hand and complimented my singing. I of course thanked him graciously, and continued packing my gear. Then he commented he had connections and etc. I sort of replied, but this dude was catatonic. He then said, "look, I know you're afraid of me..." To which I grinned and plodded forth.
He then went on to bother the next act, his eyes were totally dead. The band just sort of giggled nervously at each other from the corners of their faces.
We all know this guy...
